The price does not include flights or transportation while in Prague but we would be happy to offer you best fare at the time of booking. We can also coach transportation to/from festival functions as per your requirements.
We both musicians and managing board of Bundesbahnmusik Linz would like to tell you that our trip to Prag 2006 was a complete success. In the run-up of the organisation of our trip together with your agency everything was running smoothly. All the materials and information you sent us answered all our questions immediately and were to our fullest satisfaction. Our delegation, who visited Prag prior to our trip, was received nicely by the representatives of your agency. Your representatives gave us great support in clarifying all administrative questions with e.g. the hotels. During our 4-day stay in Prag our brass band was looked after by a nice and prudent guide. She even showed us sights which you normally do not see as a tourist. The visiting programme was very comprehensive and its timing was perfect. Hence, we could learn a lot about the Golden city of Prag. Also the two locations for our concerts as well as the hall for our gala dinner were extremely beautiful and we have wonderful memories of them. In conclusion, we would like to thank you once again for your great organisation and can only recommend the event BrassBohemia.

Band/orchestra should prepare a concert programme according to their selection for a duration of 40 minutes, including getting on and off the stage. There will be two presentations for each participating ensemble. One which will take place on a platform on a centrally located Prague square and the second one which will take place in a regional town in central Bohemia. Chairs, power supply and basic sound equipment will be available. Band/orchestral shows would be welcome.
The duration of the parade is approximately 40 minutes. Bands/orchestras should prepare about 3 music pieces of a marching character.
The common voluntary composition will be performed on the square in Prague after the parade. Having received the completed preliminary booking form, the organiser will send by post a score of this composition which should be prepared by bands/orchestras for the joint performance. Prior to the joint performance one common rehearsal will take place under the baton of a Czech professional conductor.
Participants are required to advise which musical instruments and numbers the band/orchestra has and also requirements for sound equipment.
The music and dance gala event will take place in a prestigious venue. During the gala evening all participating bands/orchestras will receive a festival diploma.
