This email is long overdue. On behalf of the LECHÉILE Choir I wish to thank you for your invaluable assistance and patience in helping to organise a memorable trip to Vienna and our inaugural European trip, as a choir.
Thanks to the wonderful organisation of Choir Contact each action-packed day ran smoothly. Our first performance was in Rathaus where we sang to an appreciative audience and we continued then to a wonderful concert in the Orangerie in Schonnbrun. The following day W we sang at Mass in the church of St Anna and consequently had the honour of being invited to sing the following morning at Mass in Stephanston Cathedral. To sing Mozart's Ave Verum in such a setting and in Vienna was magic.
Entertaining the Christmas shoppers at the markets outside Schonnbrun as they sipped their mulled wine was a lovely experience. We shopped till we dropped afterwards!
The final choral gathering in Rathaus was very special as I had the honour of conducting the combined gathering of all choirs that participated that weekend in Advent sing in Vienna.
Thank you for making our trip such a success and so memorable. The staff in Hotel Reither were so welcoming and accommodating. Renewed thanks from the entire choir Olive. We hope to travel annually, so we will be in touch again as soon as we see the brochure and begin planning.

Hi Olive,
Thank you for helping me to organise a great trip (to Verona). Everyone really enjoyed it, the accommodation was very good and the staff in the hotel were very friendly and helpful. Being awarded silver in the competition was, of course, an added bonus.
Our courier for the trip was Miruska Dressel-Bujnicky and she was absolutely fantastic. She did everything she could to make the visit enjoyable for everyone; was very flexible regarding arrangements and yet ensured that we were always in the right place at the right time. When Miruska realised that many people were already very familiar with Verona, she arranged to substitute the walking tour with a trip to Lake Garda. Miruska was also very supportive of us during the competition, during the closing ceremony and for our visit to the Italian choir. I'd really appreciate if you could pass on these comments to Choir International, she really is a treasure.
The host choir put on a great night for us and if the bus hadn't been waiting for us at the end of the night, I don't think most of our choir would have got home until Monday. Thank you again for all the hard work you put into making the trip a success and I will certainly be recommending to the choir that we use you again when we plan our next trip abroad.

Ahoj everyone! Prague is most definitely a place I will return to. I, too, had an amazing time getting to know the city and its people. The festival had a relaxed atmosphere and the choirs and orchestras clearly enjoyed themselves -- well.. I sure did! I left Prague with a handful of great memories (..and a slightly overweight suitcase).
It really sucks to be back in Finland, but at least I have lots of photos to look back on.. Met some wonderful people during the trip (and honestly, for you lot in Ashton, I really do hope we meet again! :D) I'm probably never going to travel with this choir again (since I already graduated from the school), but I am proud of the 3 years I had with the group. We are very thankfull for exellent reception in Prague and for the perfect organisation of the competition. It was one of the best international festivals we have taken part in.
It is necessary to draw attention to the high professional level of the jury and participants. We met a lot of new friends from Canada, Japan. Elena Bartnovskaya (conductor) - Gloria Choir / Russia, Ekaterinburg
