I am writing to thank you and the organizers of the Festival one more time. We had a wonderful time and the experience will be unforgettable.Your city is marvellous and dancing in the main square of Prague felt like dancing in a fairytale land with all those wonderful buildings around. The people of Prague and Podebrady were friendly and hospitable, our guide was polite, patient and very obliging and the gala dinner just unforgettable especially for our group and the group from Canada since you gave us the chance to dance the dances of our country. Thank you so much again for giving us the opportunity to experience something like this! I hope to see you again in a future festival Best wishes from a very hot Athens(37 degrees!!)
Ms. Vana Saltapida, Semeli, Vari, Greece
On behalf of the whole group I would like to thank you and the other members of the organizing committee as well as all the other volunteers (or paid perhaps) who helped making the festival an enormous success. We are very grateful to have had the opportunity to participate. For our part, there was not a single flaw in all the arrangements you and the committee made in order to make the festival unforgettable!
Mr Michiel Visser, Internationale dansgroep Hai la joc', Netherlands
We enjoyed our stay very, very, very much and will keep Prague in good memory. We hope, we gave your international audience something worth remembering from their stay in Prague. Good bye, we might meet again in Prague 2006.
Mr Martin Kucher, Volkstanzgruppe, Austria
Thank you very much for the wonderful experience we had in Prague. Everything in Prague was working very well and we are happy to have taken part in this event. Everything was well planed and organised and we always knew what was going on.We met a lot of other dancers and saw some of their programs and perhaps some of these contacts will develop into something more in the future.
Göran Skogsfors, Folkdanslaget Värendsgillet, Sweden

On behalf of "Dawnswyr Tipyn o Bopeth" I wish to thank you and all your committee for providing such an enjoyable and well organised festival for so many dancers and musicians to enjoy. Our group has looked forward to returning to Prague this year, and once again everyone has arrived back in Wales having had a marvellous time in your country. The visit to the Spa Town of Podebrady was an added bonus this year. It was so nice to be able to see a little more of your country and the lovely architecture. It is too long a journey from Wales for our coach driver to take us to visit small towns and villages on the way, so it was lovely to have this opportunity to dance in a smaller town, as well as in Prague. We found the local people who were watching the concert in the park very friendly, and I think we have made a friendship with a gentleman who, as a collector, wishes to exchange postcards with us. We have enjoyed seeing so many varieties of dance ensembles this year, the Swiss "Cow Bells" and "Alpine Horns" were fantastic, and we have also made new friends with members of the groups from Australia, Sweden and Finland. So we thank you for bringing so many of us together, from all over the world, and giving us the opportunity to exchange our different cultures. Will you please thank our guide Vladimír (Bisek) for us, he was so courteous, kind and interesting, and helped make this visit really enjoyable. Thank you all once again - these events do not happen without much hard work and effort.
Ms. Bobbie Evans, Dawnswyr Tipyn o Bopeth, Cymru, Wales
We wish to thank you for a very fine festival in your beatiful town. It is the best organized festival we have experienced so far, and with a very skilled Danish spoken guide.
Mr. Jorgen Mortensen, Danske Folklore Dansere, Slangerup, Denmark
Groups should prepare a programme according to their selection for a duration of 30 minutes, including getting onto and leaving the stage. Accompanying musicians / audio equipment is allowed. The programme may be based on national folklore or may be of an international character or combination of both.
The performances take place on a covered platform on a centrally located Prague square and on a stage in a regional spa town Podebrady. Each ensemble shall have two performances, one on the Friday and one on the Saturday. Chairs for musicians, power supply and basic sound equipment will be available.
Two representatives from each group are invited to attend a reception hosted by the city representative at the Prague Old Town Town-hall and Podebrady Town-hall.
The parade duration is approximately 40 minutes in each city. Accompanying bands are encouraged to play music pieces of a marching character during the parade.
Participating groups are required to detail the number of performing dancers and musicians (when applicable) and describe their programme. Organisers should have this information before the end of May.
The Gala evening takes place in a prestigious venue in Prague. During the gala evening all participating groups receive a festival participation diploma.
